Seaside pebbles
Stones to knit, stones to felt—a full day’s wonderful selection of unusual and creative pebbles for you to make. You will start off by choosing from a selection of knitted stones and undertaking one during the morning, then in the afternoon you’ll move onto felting around a natural stone shape. At the end of the day, you’ll also take home ideas for lots more. Great for learning the techniques and making an interior decor statement. Materials included.

Felted fishy delights
Make a shoal of 3-dimentional felted fish in fabulous dyed merino tops. You’ll use a felting needle, hand felting and see an embellisher demonstration to create a series of beautiful free standing soft sculptures. This versatile craft has just started to emerge from the US and can be used for all kinds of soft sculpting, or simply to hold a felted design in place for long enough whilst traditional felting is taking place. Postcards from the edge - (water's edge, that is!)
Learn to apply an image to a calico ground, appliqué fabrics to it and then free-machine embroider it to bring out the details for this charming postcard scene. Ideal if you have not used a machine creatively before. Materials are included, but you will need your machine, a hoop and a basic sewing kit for this course.

Ice Cream Jewellery - carry on crocheting
Create beautiful jewellery using yarn, crochet hook and embellishments. In this follow on workshop from learn to crochet, you will learn half treble, full treble and double treble along with Tunisian crochet, changing colours, different seam techniques and how to read a pattern. You will make a piece of jewellery in soft ice cream colours. All materials provided, including yarn, a crochet hook and various embellishments, plus take-home patterns and instructions.

Picknit cakes - carry on knitting
Let them knit cake, a non fattening workshop with lots of cake involved. This workshop will teach you how to read a pattern, change colours, increase, decrease, knit on four needles and professional finish your knitted cake. Choose from a variety of cakes to make.
