We can only accept £Sterling (GBP). We ask for the cheque guarantee number plus your name and address to be written on the back of the cheque, cheques should be crossed and made payable to SST Limited. Orders paid for by cheque will be despatched after the cheque has cleared and will be delayed by five working days
Prices
Goods are charged at the price shown on the product and product detail pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted.
Delivery of kits and ready made items
Delivery charges are calculated as below
For a basket of £15 or less add £2.00 p&p
For a basket over £15 to £40 add £3.00 p&p
For a basket over £40 to £80 add £4.50 p&p
For a basket over £80
to £120 add £6.00 p&p
For a basket over £120 add £7.50 p&p
We aim to dispatch your order within 7 days. We will notify you via email if the item is out of stock and inform you of the estimated delivery date. Please do not hesitate to contact us if the order is urgent. We use the Royal Mail service and will always obtain a proof of posting certificate when we dispatch your order. All orders dispatched to addresses outside of the UK will be sent by surface mail
Return / Refund Policy of kits and ready made items
We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us, if you are not satisfied with the goods, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and before returning any goods. We will give a full refund as long as the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used and are in the condition they were received.
We will not be liable for the cost of shipping/handling for returned goods, except where the goods are faulty. Please do not return your kit if the problem is missing items, let us know and we will send out the missing items immediately.
All handmade goods are subject to the standard variations that can occur with fabric items i.e. patterns can vary slightly and the product may vary slightly from product photographs and as such are not considered to be faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Delivery of special personalised items
We allow 28 days to make that special hand made item for you; we will then use Royal Mail first class post to deliver it to you.
Return / Refund Policy of special personalised items
Please note that we can not refund on personalised items, unless there is an actual fault on the product, as they are worked to order. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
